Course context for academic year 2017-18

La asignatura Gestión de Proyectos  es una asignatura esencialmente jurídica en la que se trata de analizar el marco legislativo vigente estatal y valenciano, así como la legislación de contratos públicos que afecta a un proyecto edificatorio o urbanístico. Se trata de una asignatura obligatoria de 2º cuatrimestre dotada de 6 ECTS (teóricos y prácticos)

  • CG12 : Calculate the yield of building companies and take expenditure and investment decisions for building.
  • CG5 : Understand the techniques for defining the project plan and monitoring it, comparing the progress made with the targets set.

  • CE14 : Understand the professional organisation and basic procedures for building and development.
  • CE20 : Know how to apply cost control methodologies.
  • CE21 : Know how to control expenses and income.
