Course context for academic year 2016-17

La asignatura se centra la normativa urbanística, de vivienda y ambiental existente en torno al proceso edificatorio. Además se ocupa de la calidad en la edificación, la contratación administrativa y de las atribuciones profesionales de los arquitectos técnicos. En definitiva, se aborda la legislación administrativa esencial para la gestión de un proyecto o de una obra.
