In this course students will continue to practise the four basic skills, with a special emphasis on written and oral production and syntactical, lexical and phonological accuracy, with the aim of reaching and consolidating the advanced level, that is, the C1 level of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) in English. The overall objective is to assist students in improving their communicative competence in different types of communicative events and genres, including media and specialized texts.
