La Comunicación Comercial, para resultar eficiente, ha de resultar empatica y conectar con un target difuso, heterogeneo y cambiante. Para ello, el profesional de la Publicidad ha de estar atento a los procesos de cambio social, asi como a las herramientas para identificarlos y anticiparlos.

  • CE1 : Capacity to understand global communication and information processes.
  • CE19 : Ability to identify, classify and communicate effectively with different audiences.
