La asignatura de Historia del Derecho Español tiene como objetivo principal aproximar al alumno a una primera visión panorámica de las estructuras básicas y evolución que a lo largo de los siglos ha sufrido la ordenación jurídica en la Península. Esta perspectiva pretende facilitar al alumno una mejor comprensión del Derecho actual y entenderlo como una última y provisional fase de este proceso.
