Request new password

The UA provides you with an automated system for obtaining and renewing passwords for access to pre-registrations, UACloud, institutional email, etc.
You are required to use the personal email you have already provided to the University.





If you are a new UA student, you are pre-registering for a Master's degree, a PhD degree, etc.

This is the e-mail address you provided upon pre-registration within the UA (PreinsUA). If you have any questions or queries, please contact the Information Service.

If you are a new undergraduate student at the UA.

This is the e-mail address you provided upon pre-registration as a new undergraduate student within the Valencia Region Government. If you have any questions or queries, please contact the Information Service.

If you are a current or former member of the UA community (administration & service staff, academic & teaching staff, student).

This is the e-mail provided at UACloud > My settings > General > Personal e-mail. This must be a different e-mail from your UA address.

Other cases: the e-mail you provided to the UA when you signed up.

Example: if you are an external tutor supervising company internships, this will be the e-mail you provided to the corresponding Management Unit.
