The personal data collected will be part of the automated student file of the UA, with the purpose of administrative and academic management of the students. The person responsible for the file is the University of Alicante.
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of their data may be exercised before the University Management (or, if applicable, indicate another directly responsible body of the file), by request with Photocopy of identity document, presented in the General Register of the University of Alicante, or through the means established by art. 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Those incidents or queries that contain offensive statements for human dignity, racism, xenophobia, apology or incitement to violence or that violate the principles of democratic coexistence will be automatically eliminated from any diligence to follow.
