Informative clause: The personal data that is collected will be part of the automated file of UA students and their purpose is the administrative and academic management of the students. The person responsible for the file is the University of Alicante.
The rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to the processing of data may be exercised before the University Management (or, where appropriate, indicate another body directly responsible for the file), by request with a photocopy of identity document, submitted in the General Registry of the University of Alicante, or through the means established by art. 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Those incidents or queries that contain offensive expressions for human dignity, racist, xenophobic, apology or incitement to violence or that violate the principles of democratic coexistence, will be automatically eliminated from any diligence to be followed.
