Estudio de las cuestiones jurídicas que surgen tras la irrupción de las tecnologías de la información y de la comunicación, en el campo de los negocios internacionales, de los mercados financieros internacionales, de la contratación internacional, de las obligaciones extracontractuales, de la protección internacional de la propiedad intelectual e industrial y la resolución internacional de controversias.

1) Proyecto uaipit.com: Creación, administración e introducción de e-contenidos en el Portal jurídico internacional en propiedad intelectual, industrial, sociedad de la información y Derecho internacional privado (ver:http://www.uaipit.com) 2) Proyecto Eventex-Uaipit- fase I, II y III: Creación, administración e introducción de e-contenidos sobre eventos en materia de patentes. El resultado se integra en el Portal Uaipit y ha sido realizado en el marco de tress contratos institucionales con la Oficina Europea de Patentes (European Patent Office, EPO). 3) Mejor entendimiento y resolución de los problemas que plantean las situaciones privadas internacionales en el ámbito de las relaciones comerciales internacionales y de la sociedad e la información, proyectado en la publicación de varios trabajos de investigación. 4) I Congreso internacional sobre protección de la Propiedad intelectual e industrial en la actual sociedad de la información (6 febrero 2009) Ver: http://www.uaipit.com/es/congresos_internacionales.jsp
