Lawyer and PhD in Law from the University of Alicante, of which she is a professor of Procedural Law. He is also a University Specialist and Master in Family, Civil and Commercial, Criminal and within Complex Organizations, and has co-directed the different editions of the titles of Expert, University Specialist and Master that includes the Program of Studies in Mediation of the UA, taught jointly by the UA, through its Faculty of Law, and the Illustrious Provincial College of Lawyers of Alicante. Currently, she is director of the Program of Self-Study in Mediation, of the UA. As a member since its foundation, it represents the UA in the Conference of Universities for the Study of Mediation and Conflict.
Throughout this career, he has spoken as a speaker at numerous national and international Congresses, Seminars and Courses.
Since 1995 he has developed his teaching in the Bachelor of Law, DADE and Criminology, and the corresponding current degrees. He has also intervened as a teacher in different postgraduate studies of Spanish and foreign universities. She mediates and trains mediators in different university postgraduate programs and courses, and in training sponsored by different national and foreign institutions.
From 2002 to the present, she is a substitute judge of the Provincial Court of Alicante and since that same year she is responsible for the Section of Legal Studies, the Observatory of Justice, and the sections of German, Italian and Anglo-American Law, as well as member of the writing team, of the General Review of Procedural Law, iustel.com.
