General Competences (CG)

  • CG1 : Knowing how to integrate scientific and technical knowledge and apply it critically.
  • CG2 : Acquiring the capacity for self-learning and working autonomously.
  • CG5 : Being able to search for scientific and/or technical information and process it selectively.

 

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE13 : Understanding seafood markets with special emphasis on the European and Mediterranean markets, their main patterns of variation and regulation at international and national level.
  • CE14 : Knowing the distribution chain of products, and mastering the concepts, components and phases of marketing and its specific application to seafood products, knowing how to establish strategies that allow an optimal use of the resources of the company or fishing communities to increase profits and obtain market advantages.
  • CE15 : Studying in depth those strategies that represent an added value for the product, especially those related to the processing industry, its needs and trends, delving into aspects related to the quality of the products.

  • CB6 : Acquiring and understanding knowledge that provides a basis or opportunity for originality in the development and/or application of ideas, often in a research context.
