Course context for academic year 2017-18

La asignatura cubre la necesidad de conocer los conceptos básicos de economía ambiental y ecológica para familiarizar al estudiante con la valoración socioeconómica de los recursos naturales y su explotación, en un contexto global en el que el objetivo de crecimiento productivo presiona negativamente sobre el equilibrio ecolóigco y social. Se introducen también criterios de gestión y políticas ambientales desde su perspectiva económica.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE20 : Understand and evaluate the state of conservation and degradation of ecosystems.
  • CE22 : Calculate and manage ecosystem status indicators.
  • CE7 : Capacity to put one's knowledge into practice to restore and manage the environment.
