Course context for academic year 2018-19

Con esta asignatura, el alumno comprenderá los conceptos básicos del planeamiento, gestión y ejecución urbanística, y adquirirá práctica suficiente para entender e interpretar los principales documentos técnicos en que se basa nuestro sistema urbanístico.

  • CG13 : Understand the nature and origin of the risks involved in real-estate operations and their management.

 

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE42 : Understand the regulatory framework of management and town planning.
  • CE43 : Understand basic concepts of town planning, management and execution.
  • CE44 : Master the town planning parameters that characterise the different kinds of building.
  • CE45 : Master the concepts of suitability for building and land use in practical applications.
