Objetivos de las asignatura / competencias 

Tras el seguimiento y superación de la asignatura, el alumno deberá haber comprendido varios conceptos básicos del planeamiento, gestión y ejecución urbanística, con el fin de adquirir práctica suficiente como para entender y saber interpretar como usuario cualificado los principales documentos técnicos y jurídicos en que se basa nuestro sistema urbanístico, así como los conceptos y terminología habitual al respecto, sin entrar en la vertiente proyectiva del urbanismo.

  • CE42 : Understand the regulatory framework of management and town planning.

  • CE44 : Master the town planning parameters that characterise the different kinds of building.
