Course context for academic year 2020-21

Esta es una de las asignaturas del módulo fundamental del máster. Junto con la asignatura Técnicas de caracterización I, dedicada a la caracterización estructural de sólidos e interfases, esta asignatura pretende completar la visión sobre las diferentes técnicas de caracterización de este tipos de sistemas, en este caso mediante técnicas espectroscópicas electrónicas, espectroscopías vibracionales o técnicas que involucran la interacción con iones o rayos X (fluorescencia y absorción).

Specific objectives stated by the academic staff for academic year 2020-21

 

Presentar algunas de las técnicas más importantes en la caracterización de materiales como son las técnicas espectroscópicas y las técnicas basadas en la interacción con iones. 

 

Desarrollar en los alumnos la capacidad de elaborar metodologías y estrategias en la utilización de las diferentes técnicas espectroscópicas y de análisis superficial estudiadas en el curso (XPS, Raman, IR, etc...)
