Control Químico de Calidad de Alimentos es una asigantura obligatoria dentro del curso de Adaptación al Grado de Nutrición Humana y Dietética. Se trata de una asignatura que complementa los conocimientos que se adquieran en Control Biológico de Alimentos. En la asignatura se tratará de adquirir conocimientos básicos sobre análisis químico de alimentos complementarios a los datos de composición química de alimentos adquiridos en Bromatología Descriptiva.
