Course context for academic year 2017-18

Esta asignatura forma parte de la formación básica que permitirá al alumno/a de Nutrición Humana y Dietética un acercamiento a los procesos psicológicos básicos relacionados con el comportamiento alimentario. El conocimiento y comprensión de estos procesos servirán de base para el desarrollo de competencias que se trabajarán en otras asignaturas, como técnicas de consejo nutricional, educación nutricional, trastornos del comportamiento alimentario o control de peso, imagen corporal y calidad de vida.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • E17 : Identify the basic psychological processes related with eating behaviour.
  • E18 : Integrate the psychological knowledge acquired, in the context of diet and nutrition, and use it in one's professional career, optimising resource management when attending patients, families and/or groups.
  • E19 : Acquire psychosocial skills and abilities that allow for the promotion of greater well-being and quality of life in a nutritional context.
