UA Basic Transversal Competences

  • CT-11 : Capacity to learn and apply new concepts and methods in an autonomous and interdisciplinary fashion.

  • CET-4 : Understand the influence of infrastructures on spatial planning and the development of urban public areas, such as water supply and distribution, sanitation and water treatment, waste management, transport system, traffic, lighting, energy and communications.

 

Basic Transversal Competences

  • CB-2 : Students should know how to apply their knowledge to their job or vocation in a professional manner and should have those skills that are usually reflected when preparing and defending arguments and solving problems in their field of study.
  • CB-3 : Students should have the ability to gather and interpret relevant data (normally within their field of study) to give opinions that include a reflection on important, social, scientific, ethical matters, etc.

Specific objectives stated by the academic staff for academic year 2010-11

La comprensión de concepto de ordenación del territorio y metodología para el diagnóstico territorial desde un concepto cercano a la planificación física del territorio pero también desde una visión más amplia y global de base economicista. Conocer los instrumentos de legislación urbanística estatal y autonómica que definen el marco normativo vigente y su vinculación con los instrumentos de planeamiento urbano, herramientas definidoras de la construcción de la ciudad. Analizar la importancia de los instrumentos de planeamiento en la implantación de las actividades turísticas mediante la descripción y estudio de modelos ubicados en el litoral alicantino. De este modo, se tratará de describir la influencia que dichas actividades tienen en la transformación de un territorio.
