Course context for academic year 2021-22

Esta asignatura se imparte en el cuarto curso (7º semestre) de la titulación de Graduado en Ingeniería Civil y tiene por finalidad capacitar a los estudiantes en el manejo de las técnicas de planificación, diseño y construcción de sistemas de la regulación de ríos, las captaciones, conducciones e impulsiones, los sistemas hidroeléctricos y aquellos otros pertenecientes a los sistemas de regadío.
Las actividades en las que se dividirá la dedicación presencial del estudiante son, teoría y clases prácticas. Estas actividades previstas en aula (horas presenciales) más las horas dedicadas por el estudiante en su tiempo de trabajo personal o en grupo (horas no presenciales) pretenden ofrecer al futuro graduado una formación científico-técnica específica de la Ingeniería Civil, que le permitirá continuar su formación en el ámbito del EEES.
El adecuado proceso de aprendizaje por parte del alumno requiere una sólida formación previa en Hidráulica e Hidrología, así como en Materiales de Construcción, Geotecnia y Cimientos, Resistencia de Materiales, Cálculo de Estructuras, etc., y en las ciencias y técnicas básicas, fundamentalmente Matemáticas, Química, Física e Informática.

  • CE-7 : Knowledge and understanding of fluid mechanics and the basic flow equations for application to conduit systems, both pressurised and free-flow.
  • CE-8 : Knowledge, understanding and application of the concepts of surface and underground hydrology. Capacity to assess and regulate water resources.

 

Specific Competences (Specific Technology):>>Hydrology

  • CEH-1 : Knowledge and ability to plan and size hydraulic works and installations, for industrial water production, energy systems, hydroelectric plants and management of surface and underground water resources.
