Course context for academic year 2018-19
El Graduado en Arquitectura Técnica debe conocer aquellas instalaciones que aportan el confort térmico en los edificios demandado por la sociedad. Estas demandas, cada vez más en alza, tienen reflejo en la utilización, cada vez más frecuente, de sistemas de calefacción y climatización.
Estas instalaciones, aunque no básica en un principio para el funcionamiento del edificio, hacen que éstos se den condiciones de confort cada vez más exisgentes, que hacen imprescindible su conocimiento teórico como práctico, para poder relacionarlas además con aquellas instalaciones básicas que se imparten en otras asignaturas.
Además, estas instalaciones están íntimamente ligadas con la eficiencie térmica de las edificacioines, tema con una ámplia proyección de futuro desde la aprobación del R.D. 235/2013 sobre la Certificación Energética de los Edificios.

General Competences (CG)
- G5 : Understand the theoretical foundations and basic principles of fluid mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, electromagnetism, calorimetry, hygrothermics and acoustics as applied to building.
Specific Competences (CE)
- E12 : Understand the evaluation of the environmental impact of building and demolition processes, sustainability in building and the procedures and techniques used to evaluate the energy efficiency of buildings.
- E13 : Capacity to apply technical regulations to the building process and generate technical specification documents for the construction procedures and methods of buildings.
- E14 : Ability to apply the specific regulations concerning installations to the building process.
- E16 : Capacity to develop the construction details of building installations, monitor and plan their execution and verify the service and reception tests, as well as their maintenance.
General Transversal Competences
- G11 : Skills in a foreign language.
- G12 : Computer and information skills.
