Asignatura de cuarto curso optativa y obligatoria del itinerario Economía de la Empresa Turística, incluida dentro de la materia Dirección y gestión de servicios turísticos. Esta asignatura complementa asignaturas previas sobre gestión empresarial como Fundamentos de Economía de la Empresa, Dirección Estratégica de Empresas Turísticas, Dirección y Planificación de Recursos Humanos en el Turismo, y Operaciones y Procesos de Producción en Empresas Turísticas
