Course context for academic year 2018-19

En la asignatura Introducción al Derecho para la comunicación y la publicidad se aborda el estudio de los instrumentos jurídicos necesarios para el desarrollo de la comunicación y la publicidad en contextos de mercado. Incluye, por tanto, la parte general del Derecho Mercantil y del Mercado, el Derecho de la Libre Competencia, la Competencia Desleal, el Derecho de la Publicidad Comercial, los Derechos de Propiedad Industrial y los derechos afines, el Derecho de Sociedades, el Derecho de Contratos, el Derecho de Valores y el Derecho Concursal. La importancia de esta materia radica en la necesidad que tienen los futuros graduados en publicad y relaciones públicas de conocer el conjunto de normas jurídico privadas que, dentro del marco de nuestra constitución económica, se ocupan de regular la actividad publicitaria, su contexto de mercado y las formas organizativas a través de las cuales se puede desarrollar dicha actividad.


En cuanto al sentido y ubicación en el plan de estudios, la asignatura se ubica en el primer curso, con el fin de dotar de una base jurídica respecto de las materias cuyo conocimiento los estudiantes irán adquiriendo conformen avancen en los estudios del Grado en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas.

  • CES29 : Understand the legal code of advertising communication.
  • CES5 : Study and analysis of the nature and interrelations between the subjects of persuasive communication (commercial and institutional): companies, institutions, advertising and public relations agencies, the media, vehicles and audiences.

 

Specific Competences:>>Professional (practical)

  • CE42 : Capacity to implement the theoretical and practical knowledge of the ethics and deontology of advertising and public relations, as well as their legal framework.
