Course context for academic year 2020-21

La asignatura proporciona al alumno el conocimiento de la vertiente jurídico-real del Derecho civil patrimonial. Junto a Obligaciones y Contratos, constituye el otro pilar del patrimonio de la persona.

Su existencia en el Grado de Derecho se justifica por la necesidad de formar al alumno en el estudio de la relación entre la persona y las cosas o bienes, que da lugar al concepto de derecho real. El derecho de propiedad, los llamados derechos reales en cosa ajena (de goce, adquisición y de garantía) y el sistema de publicidad de los bienes inmuebles que representa el Registro de la Propiedad, constituyen piezas básicas de la formación jurídica del estudiante, necesarias para poder adentrarse en el posterior estudio de la instituciones familiares y sucesorias.

  • CE2 : Perceive the unitary nature of the legal code and the interdisciplinary vision required for legal problems.
  • CE4 : Capacity to handle legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
  • CE6 : Capacity to read and interpret legal texts.
  • CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
