Course context for academic year 2022-23

Introduction to Procedural Law is a subject of those considered basic in the training of any lawyer, and is inserted in a context of approximation to the Law as it corresponds to the subjects of the first year of the Degree in Law, of the Law and Business Administration Studies and Law and Criminology. The students will know that along with the regulatory norms of rights and obligations also regulate the instruments that allow resolving the conflicts in which they are involved, learning the basics of the Spanish system of Justice and the theoretical-organic elementary notions of what in the language common are called trials.
