Conocer el Derecho positivo y las instituciones básicas del Derecho Penal referidas al sistema de consecuencias jurídicas del delito. El objetivo final es el conocimiento exhaustivo, tanto teórico como práctico, por parte del estudiante, de las normas relativas a penas, medidas de seguridad, consecuencias accesorias, responsabilidad civil y extinción de la responsabilidad penal previstas en nuestra legislación penal.
