Course context for academic year 2016-17
Asimilados los conceptos temáticos que se estudiaban en primer curso bajo la denominación “Introducción al Derecho Procesal”, la asignatura “Derecho Procesal” se configura como obligatoria en los estudios de Grado en Derecho y Derecho-ADE y se imparte en el tercer curso de estas titulaciones. Está diseñada para que los estudiantes adquieran una formación elemental e imprescindible sobre los dos procesos tipo del sistema judicial español, cuales son el PROCESO CIVIL DECLARATIVO, y el PROCESO PENAL.
Para este fin, se tomará conocimiento del contenido básico de las vigentes Leyes de Enjuiciamiento Civil y Enjuiciamiento Criminal, si bien, materias específicas como la “Ejecución Civil” y “Los Procesos Civiles Especiales” o y la relacionada con “La prueba en el Proceso Penal” no serán abordadas, quedando su tratamiento incluido en la programación de dos asignaturas optativas ofertadas en el Itinerario 1 del Grado (Administración de Justicia).
