Breve descripción de la asignatura:
Policía judicial como órgano fundamental en la investigación penal. Objeto del proceso
penal y sus caracteres. Fases del proceso penal. Especial estudio de los actos de
investigación y las garantías adoptadas en protección de los derechos fundamentales.
Concepto y caracteres de la prueba penal y las manifestaciones específicas de la prueba anticipada y la preconstituida, así como el fenómeno de la prueba ilícita. Medidas cautelares de distinta naturaleza y los presupuestos para su adopción. Sentencia penal, recursos y ejecución de sentencia.
