Course context for academic year 2014-15

La Introducción al Derecho Procesal juega un importante papel en la formación del Jurista-criminólogo, y pretende ser una aproximación al Derecho Procesal, con especial incidencia en el Derecho Procesal Penal, pero con inclusión, también, de aspectos básicos del Derecho Procesal Civil que deben ser conocidos, igualmente, por el alumnado. El contenido de la asignatura permite conocer los pilares básicos del Sistema Judicial español y, a partir de un primer acercamiento, los conceptos y caracteres fundamentales de los modelos procesales civil y penal.
