Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2021-22

La asignatura "Derecho penal. Parte Especial" tiene como objeto el estudio de una selección de los delitos previstos en el Código penal español y en las leyes penales especiales. Son esenciales los conocimientos de los conceptos de la parte general del Derecho penal, cuya aplicación es imprescindible para llevar a cabo el análisis de los diferentes delitos.
El programa presenta tres bloques. En el primero se abordan diversas consideraciones generales sobre la sistemática de la Parte especial del Derecho penal. En el segundo, se estudian las principales infracciones contra bienes jurídicos individuales. Finalmente, en el tercero, se estudian algunas infracciones contra bienes jurídicos colectivos.

Esta asignatura es fundamental para la formación jurídica, pues permite conocer las clases de infracciones penales, sus elementos típicos, sus relaciones y sus consecuencias jurídicas.

  • CE5 : Develop legal oratory. Capacity to express oneself correctly in front of an audience.
  • CE7 : Capacity to write legal documents.
  • CE8 : Master computer techniques for obtaining legal information (legislative, jurisprudential and bibliographical databases) and have the ability to use the Internet to obtain information and communicate data.
  • CE9 : Acquire critical conscience in analysing legal codes and the development of legal dialectics.
