Course context for academic year 2010-11

La asignatura Lengua árabe: básico II tiene como objetivo la adquisición de una competencia comunicativa básica en lengua árabe estándar mediante el desarrollo de las destrezas lingüísticas, receptivas y productivas, correspondientes al nivel A2 del MCER.

 

Esta asignatura pertenece al módulo de especialización del Grado en Estudios Árabes e Islámicos y supone la continuación del aprendizaje de la lengua árabe iniciado en la asignatura Lengua árabe: básico I y que culmina en la asignatura Lengua árabe: avanzado II.

 

La lengua árabe, en tanto que lengua de especialización, está directamente relacionada con el resto de asignaturas del Grado dado que es el principal vehículo lingüístico de conocimiento y desarrollo de las competencias vinculadas a los diferentes perfiles profesionales para los que capacita el título.

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE1 : Understand the key theories of the disciplines associated with Arab and Islamic Studies and apply them in practice to be able to operate appropriately in the different professional profiles accessible through the degree qualification or undertake further studies with a high level of autonomy.
  • CE2 : Communicate in standard Arabic, orally and in writing, so as to interact satisfactorily in the academic and professional contexts that can be accessed with the degree qualification.
  • CE3 : Understand the specific linguistic characteristics of Arabic to use it correctly and apply said characteristics to the analysis, understanding, production and adaptation of Arabic in its oral and written forms, as well as linguistic contrast and translation.
  • CE4 : Understand the geographical varieties of Arabic and communicate in Arabic dialects (Maghreb and Eastern) to interact satisfactorily in the professional contexts accessible through of the degree qualification.
  • CE5 : Capacity to interpret, produce and develop academic descriptions and arguments and/or technical reports related to the professional contexts that can be accessed with the degree qualification.

Specific objectives stated by the academic staff for academic year 2010-11

  • Lingüísticos: alcanzar un repertorio suficiente de exponentes léxicos y gramaticales para las funciones del nivel. Utilizar correctamente las estructuras aprendidas, con pronunciación clara y buena ortografía.
  • Funcionales: poner en práctica las funciones comunicativas contempladas para el nivel a través de las actividades de comunicación.
  • Comunicativos: Leer: captar el sentido globlal,puntos principales y detalles relevantes de textos sencillos.Reconocer formatos y convenciones de los tipos de textos. Escuchar: captar la intención comunicativa, el asunto y los puntos principales de mensajes orales sencillos. HAblar: realizar intervenciones breves, comprensibles y coherentes. Conversar: realizar intercambios sencillos. Escribir: escribir mensajes y textos sencillos organizados y cohesionados.
  • Sociolingüísticos: emplear fórmulas de relación social usuales. Conocer expresiones coloquiales muy frecuentes.
  • Culturales: conocer y considerar aspectos sociales y culturales árabes e islámicos y convenciones de la vida cotidiana.
  • Estratégicos: aplicar estrategias de aprendizaje y comunicación. Identificar errores. Arriesgarse en el uso de la lengua.
