Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2019-20

La asignatura "Derecho Administrativo" en el Grado en Turismo tiene una doble orientación. En primer término, dotar al alumno de los conocimientos esenciales para comprender la estructura, organización y régimen jurídico básico de las Administraciones Públicas toda vez que las mismas ejercen funciones de ese carácter respecto de la ordenación de las actividades turísticas. Ello implica también aportar conocimientos sobre la posición del administrado, los actos administrativos y el procedimiento para su producción, así como respecto del régimen de reclamaciones y recursos administrativos. En segundo término, y asimilado lo anterior, se abordará el denominado ordenamiento turístico, esto es, toda la normativa específicamente dirigida a la ordenación de las distintas actividades turísticas en la Comunidad Valenciana, dadas las competencias exclusivas de ésta sobre la materia turismo.
