Course context for academic year 2018-19

En relación con el marco legal de las actividades turísticas, la asignatura Derecho Tributario permitirá al alumno/a conocer los aspectos tributarios del inicio, ejercicio y cese de la actividad turística, así como la tributación del beneficio obtenido y del tráfico turístico, tanto a nivel individual, como en el ámbito de la empresa turística. La asignatura forma parte de los conocimientos del área de Derecho Financiero y Tributario e inicia al alumno/a en la formación tributaria que requiere el desempeño de las funciones que le serán encomendadas en el ejercicio de su profesión.
