Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2018-19

Esta asignatura pretende ofrecer al alumnado una perspectiva transversal, no solo en cuanto a los contenidos, que  se estructuran a partir de un planteamiento temático, sino también respecto a la docencia. El profesorado implicado (varios departamentos) alternará las sesiones docentes durante todo el semestre para que el alumnado vea la asignatura como un todo, en el cual, sobre las tradicionales divisiones entre las etapas históricas prevalezca la exposición de grandes problemas. Esta planteamiento docente permite analizar con mayor claridad evoluciones y regresiones más allá de la linealidad temporal. La exposición de algunos de estos grandes problemas precisan conxtualizaciones e introducciones necesarias que conectan esta asignatura con otra del mismo itinerario, Modelos y construcciones históricas en la Antiguedad y el Medievo. De esta forma la perspectiva de análisis se amplia y se enriquece.
