DATOS GENERALES DE DENOMINACIÓN DE LA ASIGNATURA: Modelos y construcciones históricas en la Antigüedad y el Medievo CURSO: 4º SEMESTRE: 1º CRÉDITOS ECTS: 6 DEPARTAMENTO Y ÁREAS: Historia Medieval, Historia Moderna y Ciencias y Técnicas Historiográficas. Prehistoria, Arqueología, Historia Antigua, Filología Griega y Filología Latina ESTUDIOS EN LOS QUE SE IMPARTE: Grado en Historia CONTEXTO DE LA ASIGNATURA. Esta asignatura contempla una aproximación a los elementos teóricos y metodológicos básicos de unos procesos históricos determinantes en las épocas antigua y medieval, tales como las migraciones, las colonizaciones, las identidades, la ciudad y el mundo urbano y las formas de dependencia y libertad, que se ha construido como verdaderos modelos historiográficos, y que puede contribuir mediante el examen de estas construcciones históricas a reformular visiones tradicionales y sesgadas del pasado histórico. La asignatura tiene vínculos destacados con otras de la misma mención, en especial Ideas y construcciones históricas en las épocas moderna y contemporánea.   • CE4 : Master the use of the most significant concepts, categories, theories and themes of the different branches of historical research (economic, social, political, cultural, gender, etc.), as well as appreciating the importance that the different economic, political, social and cultural contexts have for research.
  • CE8 : Capacity to communicate and argue orally and in writing in any of the official languages of the Region of Valencia, using the habitual terminology and techniques of historiography as a profession.
