Course context for academic year 2020-21

Los trabajos prácticos, vinculados con los conocimientos teóricos recibidos por el alumno a lo largo de su carrera, se concretarán en una propuesta de Plan Especial para un espacio urbano consolidado (centro histórico u otros), en el que se procederá a diagnosticar problemas (sociales, funcionales y morfológicos) y a elaborar propuestas aplicables paa su solución. Todo el conjunto de trabajos se inserta en la práctica profesional como geógrafos que trabajen en la ordenación del territorio

  • CE4 : Capacity to diagnose the endogenous resources available in a territory.
  • CE7 : Capacity to make decisions, solve problems and handle unforeseen events in the field of local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE8 : Capacity to explain and transmit knowledge and actions concerning territorial development in an ordered, simple and clear manner, appropriate to the context.
  • CE9 : Capacity to make strategic planning, spatial planning and/or service and activity location proposals from the point of view of sustainable local development.

  • Comprender los objetivos de la ordenación del territorio y sus relaciones con el desarrollo sostenible.
  • Conocer las bases jurídicas relacionadas con la ordenación del territorio y el desarrollo sostenible.
  • Diferenciar modelos de gestión territorial sostenible y de buenas prácticas.
  • Analizar los diferentes instrumentos públicos para un desarrollo local sostenible.
  • Identificar las herramientas de gestión ambiental de las empresas.
