Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2020-21

Junto con la asignatura Planificación Estratégica aplicada al desarrollo territorial, configura la materia del Master destinada a Teoría, métodos y técnicas. Esta asignatura pretende establecer unos conceptos básicos en desarrollo local, gestión territorial y procesos de innovación social, así como proponer herramientas e instrumentos que favorezcan las políticas y acciones de desarrollo local, como las políticas activas de empleo, experiencias empresariales, estudios de casos de ayuntamientos y comarcas, etc.  Facilita la comprensión del desarrollo territorial integrado, de los profesionales afines, de lo que implica la gobernanza y el fomento del capital social a través de la captación de recursos exógenos, el fomento del talento, la revalorización de los recursos endógenos y la puesta en marcha de procesos participativos (cohesión territorial). Es una introducción general, de lo que en las siguientes asignaturas se verán de forma más profunda y sectorial. Nos apoyamos en textos, en lecturas, en participación de profesionales, así como en revisión y aprendizajes de lo que es y supone el desarrollo local en un contexto global, y en espacios como Europa y América Latina.

  • CE1 : Understand the theoretical foundations and dimensions of local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE2. : Capacity to master the concepts, methods and techniques used for local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE4 : Capacity to diagnose the endogenous resources available in a territory.
  • CE5 : Capacity to act as mediator between the different agents and administrations involved in local development and territorial innovation processes.
  • CE6 : Capacity to advise and coordinate the different agents and administrations involved in local development and territorial innovation processes.
  • CE7 : Capacity to make decisions, solve problems and handle unforeseen events in the field of local development and territorial innovation.
  • CE8 : Capacity to explain and transmit knowledge and actions concerning territorial development in an ordered, simple and clear manner, appropriate to the context.
