La asignatura forma parte del master universitario en Gestión de la edificación. Complementa la formación en lo referente a estudios -diagnóstico del estado de las edificaciones, también se amplia el conocimiento sobre posibles intervenciones en el Patrimonio edificado.

General Competences (CG)

  • CG3 : Direct and manage the use, conservation and maintenance of buildings. Manage demolition and building waste management.

 

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE32 : Understand the legislation concerning heritage and its management.
  • CE33 : Know how to manage the architectural heritage.
  • CE34 : Understand the concept of heritage.
  • CE35 : Ability to analyse, design and execute solutions that facilitate the universal accessibility o buildings and their setting.

Dotar al alumno de la capacidad de:

.- realizar diagnosticos e informes sobre el estado de un edificio

.- proponer soluciones técnicas para la intervención en el Patrimonio Edificado

Dotar al alumno de conocimientos en materia de Gestión del Patrimonio Edificado, normativa vigente y contenidos de proyectos de restauración
