La asignatura forma parte del master universitario en Gestión de la edificación. Complementa la formación en lo referente a estudios -diagnóstico del estado de las edificaciones, también se amplia el conocimiento sobre posibles intervenciones en el Patrimonio edificado.

- CG3 : Direct and manage the use, conservation and maintenance of buildings. Manage demolition and building waste management.

- CE32 : Understand the legislation concerning heritage and its management.
