Introducción al Derecho ambiental (objeto y principios)

 

Régimen jurídico de la biodiversidad (terrestre y marina). Especial referencia a las  espacios naturales protegidos y sus usos (agricultura y pesca).

General Competences (CG)

  • CG2 : Acquire ICT skills (Information and Communication Technologies) applied to studying the biological diversity and biology of conservation, managing the information obtained correctly.
  • CG3 : Develop the capacity for analysis, synthesis and critical reasoning applied to experimental observations and data.
  • CG5 : Introduce conservation as an aim of research projects concerning biological diversity.
  • CG6 : Acquire a permanent concern for quality, the environment and the conservation of the environment.

 

Specific Competences:>>Ability

  • CEh1 : Apply concepts, principles and theories associated with the areas of conservation biology and studies of biological diversity.
