Course context for academic year 2014-15

La asignatura optativa, fuera de itenerario, es complemento de la especialidad de itinerario de Transportes y Servicios Urbanos. Se imparte en el segundo semestre del cuarto curso de la titulación de Grado en Ingeniería Civil.

La asignatura se divide en las siguientes actividades: prácticas con ordenador y contenidos teóricos para el manejo de una aplicación informática (CLIP) para el diseño de carreteras. El objetivo de esta asignatura es que el futuro graduado conozca las herramientas informáticas que se utilizan en las ingenierías para el disño de carreteras e infraestructuras lineales.

General Competences (CG)

  • CG-2 : Capacity for spatial vision and knowledge of graphic representation techniques, both using traditional metric and descriptive geometry methods and by means of computer-aided design applications.
  • CG-3 : Basic understanding of the use and programming of computers, operating systems, databases and computer programs applicable to engineering.

 

Specific Competences (Civil Branch)

  • CE-1 : Understand the topographical techniques used to obtain measurements, create plans, establish layouts, take defined geometries to the terrain and control movements of structures and earth works.
  • CE-2 : Theoretical and practical understanding of the chemical, physical, mechanical and technological properties of the most commonly used building materials.

 

Specific Competences (Specific Technology):>>Civil Construction

  • CEC-4 : Capacity to build and preserve roads, as well as the sizing, planning and building of the elements that make up highway equipment. Capacity to plan, build and preserve road transport infrastructures.

 

Specific Competences (Specific Technology):>>Transit and Urban Services

  • CET-1 : Capacity to build and preserve roads, as well as the sizing, planning and building of the elements that make up highway equipment. Capacity to plan, build and preserve road transport infrastructures.
