Course context for academic year 2017-18

La asignatura "Sistema Jurídico Tributario" se oferta como una optativa, incluida en el itinerario de "asesoría de empresa", que pretende permitir adquirir, a los alumnos que la cursen, los conocimientos esenciales para poder acometer el asesoramiento en materia tributaria. Supone la continuación de la asignatura "Derecho Tributario" en la que se abordan los aspectos generales de nuestra disciplina, así como los relativos a los distintos procedimientos que puede comportar la aplicación de los tributos.

El interés de la asignatura está garantizado, por otra parte,  por la complementariedad que presentan en el mercado laboral y profesional, el asesoramiento fiscal y el laboral.

General Competences (CG)

  • CG2 : Capacity to interrelate the different disciplines making up labour relations.
  • CG4 : Capacity to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
  • CG8 : Oral and written communication skills.

  • CE10 : Capacity for technical representation in the administrative and legal fields.
  • CE16 : Capacity to communicate orally and in writing using the appropriate terminology and techniques.
  • CE7 : Capacity to advise union and business organisations and their members.
