Course context for academic year 2018-19

Tras el estudio de lasnormas y conceptos básicos de Derecho del trabajo en los cursos anteriores, esta asignatura pretende ofrecer al alumno un complemento a la materia ya conocida y asimilada, por el que se le ayude a comprender y manejar las fuentes que rigen la disciplina, lo que proporciona al alumno capcidad y destrezas suficientes para resolver los problemas prácticos que se derivan de la aplicación de las diversas normas laborales a los múltiples conflictos que pueden ser sometidos a su criterio profesional

  • CG1 : Capacity for critical analysis of the decisions taken by economic agents and those participating in labour relations.
  • CG3 : Capacity to appreciate the dynamic, changing nature of labour relations nationally and internationally.
  • CG4 : Capacity to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
  • CG8 : Oral and written communication skills.

 

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE16 : Capacity to communicate orally and in writing using the appropriate terminology and techniques.
  • CE18 : Capacity to select and manage professional labour information and documentation.
