Course context for academic year 2021-22

Las prácticas externas constituyen una actividad de naturaleza formativa realizada por el alumnado universitario y supervisada por la universidad. Conforme al plan de estudios vigente, constituye una asignatura optativa de 6 créditos, asignada al segundo cuatrimestre de cuarto curso.

General Competences (CG)

  • CG1 : Capacity for critical analysis of the decisions taken by economic agents and those participating in labour relations.
  • CG2 : Capacity to interrelate the different disciplines making up labour relations.
  • CG3 : Capacity to appreciate the dynamic, changing nature of labour relations nationally and internationally.
  • CG4 : Capacity to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
  • CG5 : Capacity to relate social processes with the dynamics of labour relations.
  • CG7 : Computer and information skills.
  • CG8 : Oral and written communication skills.

 

Specific Competences (CE)

  • CE10 : Capacity for technical representation in the administrative and legal fields.
  • CE11 : Capacity to interpret socioeconomic data and indicators relating to the labour market.
  • CE12 : Capacity to apply quantitative and qualitative social research techniques to the workplace.
  • CE14 : Capacity to plan, design and manage systems for risk prevention in the workplace.
  • CE15 : Capacity to apply the different social-labour evaluation and audit techniques.
  • CE17 : Capacity to apply information and communications technologies in different fields of activity.
  • CE18 : Capacity to select and manage professional labour information and documentation.
  • CE2 : Capacity to analyse and diagnose, provide support and take decisions with regard to organisational structure, organisation of work, studies of methods and working times.
  • CE3 : Capacity to participate in the preparation and design of organisational strategies, developing the human resources strategy of the organisation.
  • CE4 : Capacity to apply techniques and make decisions with regard to human resources management (remuneration, selection policies).
