Course context for academic year 2020-21
La asignatura pretende ofrecer al alumno/a una visión teórica y práctica sobre cuestiones relacionadas con la educación alimentaria y nutricional, que les permitan adquirir conocimientos, pero también desarrollar actitudes, juicios críticos sobre las propuestas alimentarias que se les proponen y fomentar aquellas conductas que puedan favorecer la salud motivando a que se mantengan en el tiempo. Así mismo, pretende ofrecer al alumno/a la oportunidad de aprender a diseñar talleres de educación alimentaria y nutricional que tendrán su continuidad en el Practicum de Educación Nutricional.

- E12 : Communicate effectively, know how to use information and communication technologies, especially those associated with nutrition and habits.
- E56 : Understand and intervene in the design, implementation and validation of nutritional epidemiological studies, as well as participate in the planning, analysis and evaluation of diet and nutrition intervention programmes in different contexts.
- E57 : Collaborate with the implantation of quality systems.
- E58 : Understand health care information systems.
- E59 : Be able to take part in activities designed to promote health and prevent disorders and illnesses related to nutrition and lifestyle choices, undertaking the diet-nutrition education of the population.
