Course context for academic year 2010-11

La asignatura Sistemas Ópticos pertenece a la materia “Óptica” y forma parte de la formación básica del futuro graduado en Óptica y Optometría. Esta asignatura se imparte en el primer cuatrimestre del segundo curso.
En esta asignatura se establecen los conocimientos teóricos y prácticos que van a permitir realizar un análisis aberrométrico, fotométrico y de calidad de imagen de cualquier sistema óptico en general. Estos conocimientos van a servir de base para  la comprensión de los sistemas que se van a estudiar en el resto de asignaturas de la materia (Óptica Instrumental y Óptica Física) y otras materias afines (Óptica Visual, Óptica oftálmica,…)

Specific competences (CE):>>Module 1: basic competences

  • CES13 : Understand the process of the formation of images and properties of optical systems.
  • CES21 : Understand and manage basic laboratory material and techniques.

 

Specific competences (CE):>>Module 2: optics competences

  • CES30 : Capacity to calculate the geometric parameters of specific visual compensation systems: low vision, intraocular lenses, contact lenses and ophthalmic lenses.
  • CES31 : Understand the aberrations of optical systems.
  • CES32 : Understand the fundamentals and laws of radiometrics and photometrics.
  • CES34 : Understand the factors that limit retinal image quality.
