Competencies and objectives

 

Course context for academic year 2014-15

Asignatura en la que se explican y estudian los conceptos, institutos e instituciones y principios fundamentadores de las de la Ordenación del Territorio, del Derecho urbanístico y del Derecho ambiental.

El estudiante de esta disciplina debe estar en condiciones de obtener una formación jurídico-administrativa básica de esas tres ramas del conocimiento, una vez recibida la formación que en el ámbito de la titulación de Derecho ofrecen las asignaturas de Derecho Administrativo I y II.

Los objetivos formativos al respecto de los diferentes contenidos de dichas materias, requieren que el estudiante desarrolle las competencias propias de la asignatura, efectuando un seguimiento de la actividad teórica y práctica propuesta.

  • CE3 : Capacity to use constitutional principles and values as tools for interpreting the legal code.
  • CE4 : Capacity to handle legal sources (legal, jurisprudential and doctrinal).
  • CE6 : Capacity to read and interpret legal texts.
