Course context for academic year 2013-14

Se trata de una asignatura optativa de 4º curso que se destina al conocimiento de lo delitos que protegen bienes jurídicos de naturaleza económica, tanto los que presentan de forma inmediata naturaleza individual-patrimonial como los de naturaleza colectiva Se pretende proporcionar a los estudiantes que han optado por el itinerario denominado: Derecho Patrimonial y de la Empresa el conocimiento necesario para el manejo del instrumento que significa el Derecho penal, con sus especiales características, para la resolución de conflictos en el sector económico.
