Audio problems:

1.- Check the volume control of the headset and / or the microphone button on / off (it there is one).

2.- Check the audio connections on the back of the PC (pink input: microphone, green input: handset).

Problems with the keyboard:

If the keyboard light is not lit, disconnect and reconnect the keyboard USB cable (back of the PC).
